I'm not one to send letters of appreciation to contractors for a job well done but I have to make an exception in this case.

As you know, the tile in our downstairs bathroom was old and dingy looking and we seriously considered replacing it entirely.  Your company under your direct supervision came in and steam cleaned the tile and regrouted the bathroom walls.  The tile looks as good as newtile at a fraction of the cost.

First, Mike visited my home to evaluate the state of my tile, confirming that I did
indeed have a mold problem on my shower tile, as it had not been properly sealed
when installed. Mike recommended that we clean and reseal the tile in the shower as
